TO THE USER: The First Presbyterian Church, Kingston, desires to serve the community effectively. This may be accomplished from time to time by allowing responsible citizens the use of the church premises and facilities to hold meetings, etc. which are not church related. Permission to use the facilities indicated on this form are granted with the following provisions:
1. The responsible person signing this request, must be age 18 or over. The person signing this request is directly accountable for damage to Church Property. Said person is also responsible for the group or individual using the facility to follow conditions herein and must be present at the event.
2. Groups are requested to provide a copy of certificate of insurance.
3. No alcoholic beverages allowed in the building or on church property.
4. No smoking in the facility. No cigarette butts on the ground outside the church.
5. The area requested is the only area approved for your group’s use.
6. Remove your trash from the building and take it with you. “Pack it in, Pack it out.”
7. Wipe off tables.
8. Flush commodes.
9. Put tables and chairs back neatly.
10. Clean up spills and wipe down sinks.
11. Sweep if needed.
12. A personal inspection before, during and after use may be conducted.
13. Other groups may be using different areas of our facility at the same time as your group. Please respect their use and privacy. Notify the other group when you leave that they may be certain the church is locked and all lights are out.
14. The Church will only be responsible for loss or injury to persons where the Church is the contributor by neglect.
15. The Church reserves the right to cancel any individual session of your program on short notice, the entire program on reasonable notice, and immediate cancellation of program for violation of rules with or without notice.
16. No pets or animals inside the building.
17. Turn off lights.
18. Close windows.
19. Remove all decorations and refrigerated foods.

Ladies Parlor: 30 with no furniture
Ramsey Hall: 86 maximum occupancy
Dining Room: 128 maximum occupancy

Church members using kitchen for individual event (e.g. baby shower, birthday party) - free
Church members using kitchen for larger group event (e.g. Girl Scouts, Neighborhood watch, Board of Election function): Suggested donation $30.00
Non-Church members: Suggested donation - $50.00
$20.00 deposit needed with submission of application, refundable upon cancellation by church or end of function. Refund of deposit is void if applicant cancels with 24 hours of event.
